Hey loves hope you all are good !!! SO LETS GET STARTED
When I was not in quarantine I made it a point to workout all the time. At the time I worked and am still working at my school gym so you can imagine how easy it is to just workout whenever. So heres a general idea of what I do! (p.s I shift around days due to what I feel like and also taking a rest day never hurt)!!
I workout not to loose weight even though that is a plus but for mental and physical health in general.
Even before the gym I usually stretch and drink as much water as possible and a light snack!
Heads up:Something I do every day is abs because I think for me personally it helps a lot :) I also always start with 1.5 miles on the treadmill either (this is to warm up the body and all parts of it) I do a on and off run or incline walk which is effective also

Monday :
Usually I like to start my Mondays kicking ass! I want to feel motivated for the week and want a good start to the week ahead.
Monday is usually my day for arms!
I do these currently with 10 pound weights but I am working up from that so do these with whatever weights you'd like.
(I REPEAT THIS WORKOUT THREE TIMES)
20 forward arm circles
10 bicep dips
10 pushups
10 second (rest)
20 second plank
10 shoulder taps
10 push ups
10 second (rest)
20 superman presses
10 bicep dips
10 push ups
after I this I stretch and leave :)
* if I lift this is the day I do so*

Hey Tuesday
HOW YOU DOIN! Today I am usually so tired but feel more motivated to work just as hard as before
(this is usually a longer workout day)
Today is that day to get your booty in check!
SO AFTER THE THINGS I DO EVERYDAY
I start with the resistant bands I usually double up and do 20 squats
I usually do 3 reps of 10 with 30 pounds on the leg pull (right and left which equals 60) 30 pulls on each foot
Next I go to the leg press and (whatever weight I feel like) do 30 (3 reps of 10)
( 2 REPS OF THIS)
20 squats with weights
20 sumo squats with weights
20 jump squats
20 donkey kicks
30 skaters
30 hip bridges
30 jump lunges
20 plie squats
30 back lunge kicks
cycle bike 10 min

Wednesday I see you!
HUMP DAY HOW ARE U
today is the best day and that is LEGS !! and this workout always kicks my ass
(REPEAT 2 or 3 times)
100 squats
90 walking lunges
80 mountain climbers
70 sumo squats
60 calf raises
50 glute bridge raises
40 curtsy lunges
30 bench step ups
20 squat jumps
10 burpes
cycle bike 20 min

Happy Thursday the week is almost over
happy back day everyone ! Thursday is a little simpler I mean I got to go to the hot tub sometimes !!!
(I do these all with weights REPEAT 5 TIMES)
20 back flys
20 upright row
20 scarecrow extensions
20 row
20 chicken wings
20 front extensions
After I will use the cable mechine

today is my lay low day I MEAN ITS FRIDAY
(repeat 2 times)
100 jumping jacks
25 squats
(repeat twice)
I repeat the ab workout
Stretch and relax and roll out

after the warm up
ABS AND MAINLY ABS
(REPEAT 3 times)
30 jumping jacks
20 high knees
20 leg lifts
30 jumping jacks
30 russian twists
20 crunches
30 jumping jacks
20 back extensions
30 sec plank

SUNDAY
its all about the mental grind
today I roll out and relax and mediate and stretch a lot !!!!
I look up stretch routine on youtube and pick one of those !
